1. Ethical AI Usage

We are a tool designed to help structure and format your original research, not to fabricate data or write completely unoriginal content. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated citations, data, and claims before submitting to any academic journal or institution.

2. Academic Integrity

Users must adhere to the academic integrity policies of their respective universities and the ethical guidelines of their target journals (e.g., IEEE, ACM, Springer). PaperPilot cannot be held liable for papers rejected due to AI plagiarism checks or fabricated data.

3. Fair Use & Rate Limits

Free users are limited to 3 paper generations per day (rolling 6-hour window). Attempting to bypass these limits using automated scripts, VPNs, or multiple accounts may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
